digivox usb box sky sports

Please can someone help....

I have installed a digivox and i have every channel other than sky sports 1,2 and 3! in a virgin area that used to be ntl!

i have all the movies etc but only sky sports extra and espn! can anyone please point me to the correct firmware.

yes mate after scan and all the channels come on

hi ive tried this but still no joy do i have to changed the search from a "T"? Its only sky sports i cant get

have you factory reset first 0000 to delete and your scanning from main feed no extensions.have you tried N ?

yeah ive done the factory reset, come straight from the main feed and donne 0000 and the N SCAN!

maybe they are not broadcast in your area yet,can you go to the v website and see what list of channels they supply.

Which area are you in?

When you factory defaulted. Did you also then turn off the box from the back and left it off for at least a min before powering on and trying a re-scan?
