Finding channel frequency? VM Tivo box

I'm missing BBC One HD on my Q5 so I want to do a manual scan on the channel's frequency (Teesside).

I have a VM Tivo box and I'm trying to find the frequency to manually scan om the Q5. I can't for the life of me find out how to view the frequency of the channel.

Anyone know how to do this please?

    hi

    Teesside NTL, 00010 571000 6887 should now be 00010 643000 6887

I use net id 00010 frequency 643000 area 6887 on dbox2 for scanning

    hope this may help

        Got it.

I had to do a general 6887 NTL search on the Q5 to get it. I'd just been searching on 6952 Telewest previously.

        Thanks for your help.

On your TIVO remote press :-

Home > help and settings > systems info > diagnostics,

and scroll down to find the frequency details for that particular channel,

Then do a single frequency scan on the Q5/Amiko...etc........

          - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

To find your NETID on a Tivo box you press Home then 'Help & Settings' then 'Systems Info' then 'Diagnostics'
and the top line is your NETID

V+Box >> Press the home button on your VM remote control >>> Go to settings >>> Then technical stuff >>>
Your NETID is the first item on the list then scroll down for your frequency.
