Q5 HD Setup issues

Hi guys,

Just got a Q5 to setup for a mate, its been a while!! there used to be a setup guide somewhere which went through how to install cable.xml etc. The box I have has no providers on at all. Any help would be great thanks

Hi just got a q5 and got it connected to server. Just need to know how to get the channels on it? Help please!
