Hi folks. I'm at my wits end with this box. I'm trying to set it up for a friend and I can't seem to get the autobouqets to scan. I have got it to scan from the sat Finder option, but the channels are not categorised. I'm using openvix and it's the cable tuner I am trying to use not the sly one. Thanks in advance.

no sat finder on cable and you need a live feed with known netid frequency.did you find a list of towns in provider to scan under?dont have this box so just guessing. -
Make sure you configure the Turners correctly. I use turner A for Cable and set my town netid and frequency before going to AutobouquetmakerComment
