Should I go with indoor aerial or cable?

even though virgin don't do many hd channels I'm going for the eurovox ex7000 hd so that I don't have to buy another box when there are more hd channels. Problem is these boxs cost ?170 +. Does anyone know if you can still get catch up tv on these boxs? I know my m8 has a eurovoxmax and he does not get catch up tv or any interactive services that vm do

You can't access any of the video on demand services, as that requires the box to communicate with VM.
