q5 box network connection

getting no channel pics only freeveiew so i press blue button select server 1 it just says CONNECTING... i have checked with my server my line is ok i have also tested anothe line on server 4 and changed my ehernet and my routers ok but still no joy anyone have any ideas thanks

Should check the rules as well mate no server talk allowed..
