hi everyone i have a digivox xl its not a usb one ! I am scanning and it keeps saying 0 channels found anyone know why!
i would like to thank anyone in advance to returning me to peace .

are you scanning on the correct area, what was it called before it went to virgin media? ntl tw or whatever

hi wilf, it was ntl before virgin, i am scanning on the ntl one not finding nothing.

when was the cable last in use, do you know for sure that the cable is live.

Make sure you have a good connection on your cable feed m8. nothing loose.

hi bulldog, the cable is live and running another box normally i am trying to get this one working for another room.

you need to set it up on the main feed first before the splitter then transfer it to its new position

i am doing that wilf and it is still finding no channels i just can't understand it

show us a picture of the back of the box with your cable feed in ? ie its in rf and not aerial isnt it ?

hi smirnoff, yea its in rf, and i have put the other box back in to check its working too.

have u tried a factory reset , and how long does it scan for ?

Maybe the tuners dead m8. When did it last work

yea i have tried a reset, it scans to 100% and takes about 4 mins.

its new bulldog so i haven't got it working yet. i know i am probally missing some thing really simple, but i can't figure it out. i appreciate u all taking the time.
