    zgemma h1 help

    i flashed the box when i got it with a sandisk usb,image is now on a loop wasn't at first on loop but the remote kept stopping working think setting were wrong on image ie saving to hdd instead of usb.
    Now the usb will not load an image got image from the right source.
    anyone shed any light on this.
    or even say a good usb that will work on the box tried 3 stick's so far had another sandisk i tried and a cheap one all no good
    thanks if you can help!

    oh and when i take the usb out after trying to flash with zgemma file unzipped on usb in the back usb port i also have more file's on stick
    movie-timeshift the zgemma really stuck need help.
    i did not update image btw.

      What image are you flashing and are you certain it is H1 and not H2. I would personally stay away from any that need patching and stuck with fully supported images like openatv
      TRY DROPBOX 2GB + 500mb FREE ONLINE STORAGE with public sharing and 500mb for me

          Seconded here stick to the official firmware images such as OpenATV,Opendroid,Italysat and you should have Zero problems

              Thankyou sorry been away i had vix on there.my usb dont seem to work mow waiting for kingston usb to come cheers guys.

                  Use a third party partition utility such as the free minitool partition wizard or whatever other you prefer to reformat the usb the box made a mess off. The usb isn't broken just partially formatted so not recognised. Minitool should still see it allowing you to format to either fat32 for use in anything or to ext4 for use in the box. Once formatted with minitool the box will usually recognise the usb although it will normally recognise the partition as sda5 as opposed to sda1 if formatted properly in the box. This is the issue i had previously on vu+solo clones running patched vix. If you have another receiver running original images format and initialise any usb in that then use it in the h1, it will be recognised immediately and mounted as media/hdd by default

                      cheers buddy ill give what you have said a go.ordered a kingston usb from tesco dorect bloody thing never turned up.
