    Stb question

    Hi all.

I currently have a Vu+ Solo2 with a Sundtek usb tuner for cable.
I am happy with my setup and am loving XBMC on my Vu+ but am looking for a new stb.

so my question is, do any other makes out there support XBMC, or is it only VU+?

Was looking at the Extrend 8000, but I don't think they support XBMC, or do they?

I don't want to settle for Kodi direct, I love having the best of both worlds in one package, but am looking for something new.

So my requirements are at least 1 DVB-C and 1 DVB-S tuner, so a combi, but would prefer the option for a 3rd tuner should I need it.

XBMC plugin, and would like transcoding as well.

Now I have seen the Mutant HD2400, but support is pretty thin on the ground and I am not sure how it works with Enigma2 and E2bmc, do you get all the E2 plugins, etc?

It is also a bit more expensive than I was hoping to spend as there are quite a few triple tuner receivers out there for under ?200.

    Any ideas/suggestions?

    Thanks guys

Your limited on choice with types of receivers the only 3 brands that i know that have a full on Kodi experience are the Vu's, Prismcube and Wetek Play every other type just use the Kodi direct plugin route

Thanks. Has anyone has any experience with the Mutant HD2400?
And wasn't there meant to be a new prismcube coming out?
I had a look at the wetek play but really want an extra tuner.

The Wetek if you choose the DVB-S2 option is a twin tuner and they will run a 3rd USB tuner no problem, Personally though i still think its in development mode and needs a lot more work to bring it up to scratch

Still not been released though thats the problem the only image team that have full integration of Kodi and Enigma2 are the Blackhole team and they only support VU+ and no one else apart from the offshoot Prismcube
