I ordered an ex7000 from iwantabox.com. Problem is there site keeps going down and I cant view my order details. I have emailed them and am waiting for a reply.
Should I be worried or are these guys ok and just maybe having probems with site?

I do not know how long you have been waiting since your order ? if you have paid with Paypal or a major Credit card that is covered with a customers insurance ( then I would not be so worried ) as these payments are normaly covered for 30 days.... if its another forms of payment such as bank transfer I would worry !

If you have received a notification from the shop regarding your buy then you should be ok ! if not thats not so good !

Give some more information like how long you are waiting ...

Cheers guIys. I paid with paypal so thats a good start I guess. Been waitin just over a week whick I wudnt av minded its just I did not get an order confirmation. They've responded to my email today so they havent done a legger wiv me money at least. They say the item is NOT in stock and they will email when its in and ready for dispatch. It didnt say out of stock when I ordered it tho

Yep seen it it m8. I hope its not the start of alot more to come. Haven't had problems for a long time now

Now that I feel safe that my box is coming I guess I can go out and buy an external hard drive. Also might get splitters and stuff as I think I'll keep the old box aswell as its been real good to me

Ok good stuff! I got my box yesterday and now have it working fine.

Only problem is that the bit of plastic going over the sensor is out of place and I can see inside through the gap. I have emailed them at iwantabox info and they have offered me a discount refund of ?25 or a replacement. Now that I got the box up and running I'm going for the partial refund.
