Digivox Problem

Help need if possible.
[background] - I got a startup up kit for the old man, (aerial,downconverter,power supply,digivox T), set aerial up on roof and ran cable through convertor into box, set-up looks fine. But no signal,Level 0% & Quality 0%,it's pointing to Keeper hill.
Brought box to my house and it works fine, firmware version is : V03-3.3000T. He's neighbour has same setup and he's is working fine.

Any help is appreciated, my head in wrecked

check on downconverter label that its a 222 and in a vertical position for keeper
and do you have it powered up with a 18v psu...ie coax cable from downconverter to
psu...coax cable from psu to box

will check for the 222 - yeah the psu 18v is connected as per your post. question - what do you mean by vertical position.
I brought cable directly to tv, can get 2 channels rte's. would this show that aerial and downconveter are fine.?

he means when you look at the antenna is the metal plate on the front of the downconverter pointing like this l

mines pointing at keeper hill and it looks like this when ya look at it ___

maybe the antenna isnt pointing right
move it and have someone look at the signal strenght as ya do and if it improves ya no it wasnt pointing right
