Why cant I get a straight answer??!!

I purchased a Gigablue800 SE Plus a few weeks ago. Was working absolutley great until I noticed that the clock display at the front went off and nothing worked. Did a total reboot and reloaded everything as before. Now the dammed thing wont pick up any HD channels. Only FTA channels are showing but in the channel menus all are showing up but when you go into them the screen stays black. I've googled everything about Gigablue but theres nothing about my problem. I'm a total newbie at this but wishing I'd never bothered, it's turning out to be the most expensive freeview box i've ever seen.

You can't get a straight answer because these boxes are only sold as freeview only and you are asking for information on an illegal subject (obtaining pay tv for free/very cheaply) If you read the rules for this forum you will find we won't provide these answers for you either.

Did I mention anything about pay tv in my post?? I was stating that all my free to air HD channels were showing on the channel menus but now not working. And I rest my case at not getting a straight answer!!

There you go, I've edited the quote so it's easier for you to see what we can see. Now are you still trying to say you aren't asking about clearing encrypted channels.
