i have got and old dreambox 500c running but im missing a few channels plus most of the movies

sorry for bad info it is comando 15.ib im using i have been playing around witha dbox as well and its that its using 12
just had email mate said hes got problem with server so lets hope this fixes it

Commando 12 wont scan till you update the settings
cables.xml
scan.config
but it will work when all this is done mines running now
but with H.D boxes at 70 notes its hardly worth the trouble

I gave one to the daughter to use in here bedroom I have tried everything and it's never finds bbc3 or channel 5 , it has to be the tuner I'm sure yours is the same

I have 2 boxes and the both are the same maybe poor signal ??
im no tech minded but its like a transponders missing and all the channels on that transponder are not coming in could this be the case
or am i way off the mark as usual ?

Autobouquets will find the frequency for all channels from the data in the stream. A poor signal would explain missing transponder(s), try removing all splitters and just connect the box to the incoming feed for the scan, even disconnect your modem to try.
