    Use 2.5 hdd in another receiver

    Have a solo 2 with vix image on it I'm getting a gigablue quad plus tomorrow want to put my hdd from solo 2 into my gigablue quad as long as I delete any back ups off hdd will this be safe for me to do

      Shouldn't be a problem. You will lose anything on it though.....will need mounting and probably formatting....but the box will tell that.

          Sorted it just fitted it and it picked it up and I manually deleted the solo 2 backups job done
