Are you certain your using the correct area and have you set up c tuner and enabled it and do you have cables.xml file installed.

You do need the cable tuner correctly configured for DVB-C and in ABM, you must have your correct NetID set. If ABM is set for both Sat & Cable, then you must have a working Sat & Cable feed. There is no need to do a manual scan 1st or have a good cables.xml.

The timeout for tuner lock means the box isn't seeing a signal on the set frequency which could be NetID, wrong tuner selected, no signal on cable feed.

Yes have net net id in same as my Zgemma which works fine also cable set to c in tuner configure and cable.xml also in the directory very weird it's like there is no signal tried without Zgemma plugged in makes no difference at a loss here

make sure you have tuners configured correctly and your cables are connecting to your box that's the only way you can get tuner lock. if your not sure which cable is at fault disable each tuner in turn and you will find out which tuner is giving you the lock and ensure your tuners are seated correctly as that will give you the same. mine still scans if net id is incorrect and does not give tuner lock as far as I remember.

strange having to go back to a previous image to get it to work and updates will not be possible with hades.
i know abm does not work in southern ireland even with netid.

                        Hi,
I have Zgemma H2H, having the same problem (southren Ireland) tried everything with new vix images. Correct netid etc. Also getting SRN 29% tried with splitter without splitter, in my house and in friends house nothing worked. Send the box back and got replacement but still the same problem (Auto bouquets time out lock on vermin)
. Cactikid saying " abm does not work in southren Ireland" any alternative?
How did you resolve you resolve by installing vix hades. Can you please explian step by step as not very technical mind? Sat part working fine. Help pleas

There has been a discussion on the ViX forum about ABM in Southern Ireland, the providers there us a slightly different system to the UK. You should be able to do a manual scan with network search set to on, it will not sort the channels into bouquets though, you would have to do that yourself.
