      Download your preferred image (in zip format) and ensure your USB drive is in the rear post, then transfer via FTP the zip file to /hdd/imagebackups/ on your zgemma, you will have to make the folder, then on the remote;

      menu-setup-vix-image manager then press blue to restore select the zip file and let the system flash.

          Have u flashed it successfully before I would also make sure no other leads are plugged in to the box
          and also try the front USB port as back port could be faulty

            No, it was meant to be 'plug and play' but this isn't the case

              Welcome to Linux boxes they can be fiddly at times have you tried formatting your usb with the Hp format tool then put image
              on usb and try to flash again
              possibly boot loader could be corrupted does the current image boot fully ?

                It might be my bad, haven't used vix for quite a few months, try unzipping the download file and placing the 'zgemma' folder in /hdd/imagebackups/

                    info.jpgerror.jpg
                    Here is what happens when I try to do anything, look at the top right and you will see the error, almost like a no go for some reason, also tried it with the zip file also, but it wont let me past this point.
                    Also the info on the box, im guessing it should have two tuners under the tuners section and not just the one.

                        The picture you have uploaded says please reformat and try again I would use the Hp format tool
                        format the usb to fat 32 then put image on usb do a factory reset on the Zgemma then try and flash
                        by usb again

                          Maybe let the Zgemma format it via;
                          Menu-setup-system-storage devices-Initialisation ,Select your drive and format it

                          Then transfer your image to hdd/imagebackups/

                          menu-setup-vix-image manager then press blue to restore

                            Don't appear to have that option.

                              What, no drives show up in the initialisation screen? Or the red button to initialise the drive doesn't work?
