Zgemma H2 sat/cable recording not working

Hi

I have recently got a Zgemma h2, The HDD has been initialized and all working OK apart from watch and recording another channels.

if i put something to record on sly and then switch to vermin midget. VM channel will not show any picture. the recording works.

both are configured.

are there any extra setting that i have missed off.

your help is most welcome.

Do cable channels work when not recording sat ??. Try recording FTA on Sat and tuning into FTA on cable if that works you have your answer and we can help no further with any issues obtaining subscription tv from anyone other than the selevant broadcaster.
