hi all need a bit of advice ive got a dreambox 500 that i cant fix by myself have to pay to get it sorted when it goes wrong thinking of buying a new box and wanted some advice on which box is simplest to use an fix all adavice is gratefuly accecpted thanks

with a bit of reading and purchase a cable or 2 you can do it yourself
and if you get stuck just post what you have done so far and lots of help available ...

The dreambox is the easiest to upgrade software and is very easy to do. Keep it plugged into a router and flash/FTP wirelessly from any pc/laptop on your network.sigpic

Personally I think it all depends what you want to do. If its just plug & play tv, then prob best look at a Starview 5.
