PCMCIA slot on my tv what can it do ?

Didnt know where to stick this post anyway Can someone tell me what can i do with a PCMCIA card for my plasma I know its a computer memory card slot but whats the benifit of having one and what can you do with it.

Anybody use theres and what benifits can you get out of it any info please ?

Does your tv have built in freeview ? If it does the slot is for the setanta cam or the top up tv cam .
