Sky freeview on Samsung SMT-2100

Hi guys,
First of all I am not going to talk about hacking or something like that.
I had sky reciever (owned by our landlord) and we used to watch Sky freeview channels on it.

Recently we got virgin media in our property and lad installed Samsung SMT-2100. There are few channel on it but I did like it.

As my landlord is ware of it, so he asked and took his sky box back.

I am not interested in Virgin channel but just wondering that if I can use this samsung SMT-2100 to view sky freeview channels ?

Any advise?

The answer to that would be no. Grab yourself a Sky box from ebay or summit.
