I Can't get the blue button to work on this box to be able to access the networq so from what I have read the if I cant then I got the wrong fw on the box can any 1 tell me where I can get this from cheers

Have you tried accessing the "network server config" page typing the 4 digit code?
Menu > settings > network config. Type 3453.
What software are you currently using? The latest is 1.26. Boot ver. 1.00. Loader 1.00. Date Jan 14 2014. -
Has anybody got a North West Channel list for this box ?
