Picture/Sound problems

I have installed a Eurovox 1000 box and all semms to be working fine except for a constant buzz and horizontal lines going through the picture. I have tried the connection on a normal VM box and has the same issue so I am guessing my connections are crap. Can anyone advise if there is anyone in the Motherwell area who could install the cable 'properly' for a reasonable price.

M8, have you tried changing the scart cable.
If its a issue with the incoming cable and the same problem on the original CC box then contact VM to check the connection.
