losing channels

i lose channels like s/sports 1, sky1&2 when i go on the web when pc is not on they are available any one have this prob or heard of it b4

You need a booster on the line to your dreambox your internet is stealing signal thats why some channels drop out

Try cleaning the connectors that plug into your modem and the one in your box by unscrewing them and blowing inside, make sure no kinks in cable anywere as well as the copper cracks.... Hope this helps
