I brought a dm500s from them 3 months ago now and arrived in about 2 weeks but the motherboard was faulty and the back of the box was damaged. I was asked to send the motherboard back and the back of the case on there own and they would send me the replacements.

They confirmed they received the faulty parts 1 week after i sent them back yet i've still not received the replacements and they don't / won't respond to my emails asking where the replacement parts are.

From my experience with them i wouldn't recommend using them at all.

have dealt with them many times myself and have had absolutely no issue with them, and the genereal feedback seems to be they are top notch so id definitely recommend them.

have bought loads from them over the past year. without any that have been faulty, been asked just to remove the motherboards and return them, which I did, when they recieved them, took 4 days for replacment boards to be dispatched.

Lets be honest here, they are the ONLY chinese supply who does give you 12 months support. Others say they will, but never do.

Have you tried emailing them?? When I email Im always answeed in few mins max few hours. stephen is the guy I deal with. Tell him your from DK and you have been told he must help you otherwise, Bonsey will give him a good kicking

Ordered 500c about three weeks ago. The only delay was in the UK with parcelforce. Had no problems with box so far, working great.

Simon is the man to speak to on dvbseller,nice guy and he wont see you wrong.I've dealt with them on numerous occasions.Had some faulty psu's and he reset me 5 extre for free.Good site but as this thread says they're some issues with them but its a small minority imo.i have recommended them to everyone.The newer boxes have an on/off switch at the back older ones dont or never had.Dm800 hd for sale there now and dm500hd to be announced shortly.theyre the cheapest in the world "so they say" but for 40 odd quid what do you expect.12 month warranty too so if not satisfied paypal will always side with you the costumer and dvbseller dont want bad press so youll get em that way if your waiting for replacements etc.

Did you return the faulty ones to them? Have they got them yet? if so, then contact simon on [email protected] I've returned a few to thme, one took a week to get there, the other took over 3 weeks to get there, but once they get them they do replace them.
