Wizard unlooper flashing

im having trouble with wizard unlooper it keeps giving me this error in winexplorer

does the card read ok in nagra edit m8 aslo i know dirty contacts or a fried card can throw up the same type of errors

thanks for the reply mate card reads fine in nagra... im pretty sure its something to do with the unlooper

looks like a comms issue

are you using the my looper settings in win exp
are you using a comm lead NOT a null modem cable
does card give an atr in nagraedit on a phoenix programmer NOT a usb to serial one
are you using a com port for the wizard again NOT a usb to serial one
and what volt & amp psu are you using
