    Frequency for Belfast

    Hi All,

    I have just got myself a Wetek Play 2 with a DVB-C tuner, I have connected everything up and tried to do an automatic scan but I am not getting anything at all.

    I have attached some pics to see if yous could let me know what FREQ and Bandwidth I should choose.

    Located in Belfast, from what I have found on the Web I should be using 755.000 but this isn't getting anything at all. Any ideas?

          Thanks, I found my freq but it as only found 5 channels although it popped up saying 29 channels found.

              Ahh, I turned on NIT and it's finding everything thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

                  Grahampaull, how are you finding the wetek play 2? Are you running it fully on android? And have you tried kodi on it?

                      It's seems good, I have finally managed to get the cable channels scanned,just trying to figure out how to use ostool. Kodi runs amazing on it. No issues with that at all.

                          Ace, might have to take a closer look at the sat version of this box when I get bored of my zgemma. What does the ostool do? Is it the PC program used to communicate between pc and wetek?

                              OK, I got ostool working which allows me to connect to a share. Its a pretty nifty wee box, I am not a fan of kodi whatsoever except for exodus, that's about it.

                                      How do the cable channels work on wetek play2 is it enigma or just android I'm a it confused at to what the box actually does
