digivox xl firmware

I recently bought one of these boxes and am have a few problems!

1. I cant download the firmware from this site, say restricted access...

2. How do I access the secret menu I went into menu and ok1004 nothing happens..

Am I doing something wrong?

I have a eurovox and I find it alot easier to setup and access the menu... Just needed a new box for the bedroom..

to get into secret menu, go onto menu, system information, then 1004.
trying to flash a digivox xl usb, anyone got instructions??

does anyone not do any research before buying anymore,if you do flash your box it may still not work as the uk have moved onto a new encryption called nagra 3,90% of uk have changed to that=no working box.
if unflashed send back for refund.

well heres some news from me,no boxes working over there at present,but watch this space so to speak,im certain something is looking likely in near future,,good old krypt,best supported box out there,,and hd box will be very soon
