Sticking/pixelation on picture

Anybody in Wolverhampton area having picture problems with cable as keep getting sticking espeacilly on hd channels sd channels not as bad using h2h zgemma checked with server saying no problem that end help needed

Is the box working ok on the FTA HD channels ?

On fta channels no problem only got problem on paid channels so not a cable feed problem
