Edison Mini Plus - Tuner

Hi,

I have just purchased this box and have the latest Openvix on there.

I cannot seem to scan any channels for Virgin on there. The tuner seems fine as it scans when a sky feed is plugged in.
The issue isn't the virgin feed because when I plug the feed in to my hub, my broadband works fine and I am trying that same feed in the Edison.

I configure the tuner as DVB-C, enabled and have tried both 41050 or 00000 as my NETID and I have tried bruteforce and also Virgin 6952 and various other combos to scan with.
The automatic scan nor ABM come up with any channels. ABM gives me a tuner failed error.

Any ideas please?

In the tuner configuration part you can leave the ID: 00000 but in ABM you must have the correct net ID for it to scan your area, you can get your netid from a list or easier from an official subscription box ie Tivo
