    Returning noob !!!

    Hello again guys,
    Been away for a while due to ill health...

    Looking to buy my first vm cable box, but have no idea where to start ! Ive had sat box, installed images and bouquets etc for years, so maybe the procedure is similar ???

    From what I can see, cable has a lot more HD channels - is this right ? since S*Y dropped theirs, the experience has dropped for me - so rather than renew my lines - I thought Id ask about cable this time.

              cactikid is probably refering to "...so rather than renew my [censored]...".

              The Zgemma boxes are very popular & cheap. The H.2H has a cable and satellite tuner, so you get the best of both worlds. Flashing it with martin035's backup image will set it up ready to go on the sat side, but a little bit of extra work is needed to get the cable side going as well.
