As the Title says, down and out for weeks now.
Can't get hold of provider... (hands on head)

H2h was fully loaded from provider

Where does one start the recovery process...?

I would hold off spending any cash with any provider at the moment, satellite by the look of things has had an encryption/ecm change put on one transponder which has put some SD channels black, if $ky do the same as HD then every week more transponders will be changed until all the remaining premium SD channels go black.

As to cable, as people jump from the satellite to cable, as sat on 28e does work anymore, that will become the next target for $ky, as they won't be happy with their premium channels been shared on that platform
