Zgemma H2 OpenVix "Tune Failed"

Just set up a second Zgemma H2 in the bedroom and for some reason a few channels are showing tune failed. It was set up as a backup of the 1st box but using a different "WASHING LINE" Any ideas?

Check the signal or connections on box or try new channel list.

I've deleted channels and done full re scan but still no difference. I've also brought my 1st box in to bed room and tried it and its fine. Its only a few channels , s sports1 hd and a few hd movies but the sd alternative is fine.

I've just checked and the Tune failed box SNR is 20% and my original box with the same connections is showing 68%
Faulty tuner?

Try it with a different image and maybe in some other place just to make sure.

There are two tuners A and B seems B is set as default for some reason tuner config enable A as simple the second tuner turn off then scan it worked for me
