digivox usb Help

Hi I purchase a digivox usb sense September and up to now I cant get it to work it wont show any pictures it scans the channels but they wont show all have a $ in front of them. I tryed latest firmware and factory reset enable emu even put in the keys manually and still nothing it just wont show could it be a faulty tuner???? please help I am willing to try anything

hi m8 what firmware did you use v1.07 usb,you scanned and received channels,keycode to on and set default key and exit out and wait for it to update.

Yes mate I tryed all the above I even tryed older versions and the same thing. right now it has v1.07 and still no pic I have no idea what else to try...

remind me where you are again,if you press the set default key does it update,if it is a dead channel=no info wont update.
try moving to a new channel and see if it moves then.

I am in the caribbean. and all I have to do is manual scan one of the frequencies and all the channels come in, then turn on emu, put in correct keys,,and I get picture, but the screen is just black but the EPG has the correct giude of what is showing and time but no pic, all channels have a $ in front of them....I do the same thing with the digivox XL and that is showing great same for the digivox silver all showing except this digivox USB box

it sounds as if it has not updated or keycode is off,if you manually insert data and is correct on both lines it is like keycode is not on or enabled to allow you to view.

I know its sounds that way but the keycode is on I made sure of that always.

maybe a fresh reflash with a fresh file incase it is faulty
