keycode on but not enabling

Hi I have digivox usb but sense i bought it I cant get no pictures on it, keycode on but not enabling all channels have a $ infront of them and the correct guide is there, also the correct keys are in manualy but still no pic, this been almost 2 months now and no pic

i dont know anything about the digivox usb but try re-flashing it with the latest firmware then do a factory default and then re-scan the channels. this has worked for me on other boxs. eg, dm500c,starview2,starview3 and a replay lite. its certainly worth a try!

try an earlier version as i am running out of ideas

Thanks for the reply but I have done all that already even tryed every other version before the latest one which is on now.. and every other version I have gotten the same result.
