You sure? the post that's been linked to says:

Customers in the Leeds, Harrogate or Yorkshould have already received their new cards and it’s important your old card is swapped out as soon as possible. Over the next few days, in the regions listed, we’ll be turning off some of the older TV signals on our network so if you haven’t swapped the card yet, please do so as soon as you can to ensure an uninterrupted service.

Yep looks like they about to flick the switch. Had new card since 21st. cant find slot for it in the box super . Now get a message on tv screen about it. And have also had a follow up postcard. Saying "Your old tv smart card will stop working in THE COMING DAYS. " I am in Leeds area my mate in Bradford has heard nothing about new card issue. nagra (id) VG-04 written on bottom of card.

I believe that message has been there for over a Month, hence the rumours that the switch was happening on October 31st - it didn't

They don't usually change anything in the weeks leading up to Christmas, so I guess you are safe until next Year.

tony_i, ur right mate, tried rescanning on all tp's, and no ss1, havnt checked other channs, but looks like the end is nigh, in GODS country anyhow. and how bloody mean, just before chrimbo too, kids will be disappointed....
