If this is genuine then surely the answer is to NOT ring virgin and ask for an upgrade. If they see this test area as a failure to increase sales then whats the point in rolling it out everywhere

guys its not all dooom and gloom, me and 5 good m8's of mine have been c/sing for a very long time. split the price of a full sky hd sub with espn and it works out about a tenner a month each.
you might be able to do the same with the new vm n3 cards. we don't know if they have a rsa key yet. if they don't thet its dead easy. the problem is having m8's who you can trust.

Seems they are doing heavy changes in most areas that has been posted up tonight.

If this is the case then a scan will not sort the problem. If everyhting was working in due course it will again.

Give the engineers time to solve whatever the issues are.
