Just tried to phone them over a small issue and have so far had no joy , 30 mins of 'sorry we are too busy try again later'

Gonna take it the Leeds change hasnt gone to plan

mmmmm a national outage ehhhh maybe you should have read the post you spoke off aswell and seen it was a local outage for midlands last time i checked that was still only a small slice of UK unless global warming has sunk the rest of us

there phone network should still have be running i was only phoning to query my bill
