Help needed pls

Hi all,

New to the forums so pls be nice!! Didnt know where to post this as there is no Digivox folder, so thought I'd post it here.

I have a Digivox XL that has been working fine up until recently. Whenever I try to watch any sky sports channel, it goes all pixelated and jumpy and the sound is like speaking to someone in a bad mobile phone reception area. (I've had this on freeview before and it was because the signal from the aerial was too weak.) I've reset the box and reinstalled the chnnels with no luck.

The only thing that I've done is got VM HD box installed and I use my Digivox for sports and movies.

Any advice as this is driving me nuts?

hi m8 it seems like the signal has gone below threshold, take the subbed box off the feed and connect the the digivox to the direct feed with no splitter and check your channels again and if that cures the problem then you are going to need a booster that works between 5-1000 mhz.
