Same thing in Birmingham last night. Came back on this morning. Don't reset, all you can do is wait for virgin to fix the problem as they have here. No reset or scan needed, it will be back to normal.

                    Hi Guys!

I'm in West Midlands and had the same issue yesterday with both my boxes but did a factory reset & a scan last nyt, it all came back to normal.

But I am missing just one channel,i.e S*y Sports News Channel.

Has anyone got an idea what I can do?

                    Thanks.
