Lost Channels? Leeds area

Hi all im new on here!

i seem to have lost sky sports and most of the movie channels?

im using the starview 4 and 5 same on both!

ive reinstalled TheboxSuperUSB_V1.12 and TheBoxSuperUSB_BG_LOGO_080904_ but no joy?

can any one help?
