EX7000 HD EUROVOX

Hi,

I'm considering an EX7000 HD EUROVOX box but it seems everywhere is out of stock until 14/15th of December. Apart from eurovox.org and Dragonsat.co.uk. Im a bit dubious as to how these both have stock and no others do. I have only ever bought from boxmagic.co.uk. Also is it worth waiting for the starview hd, will it be any better??

have a look at some of the other threads. leeds VM area has moved to N3 encryption making these cable boxes useless.

Personally, i wouldn't buy one. if you do, expect to get 6 months tops use out of it, maybe less.

I have ordered one from eurovox.org but it says "awaiting shipment" never said they where out of stock on thier website, im proper pi$$ed off as i could have ordered one from mycable
box for ?7 cheaper with a free hdmi cable and usb stick!! if i knew i had to wait anyway....does anyone know of any contact details for eurovox.org as i have emailed them 3 times with no joy!!

not sure about you only getting 6 months out of them though as other users on this website are saying they are v.good and i presume if this box doesnt work neither will all of the others??

Try lincsat and see if they have any left. That's where I got mine and the service is spot on aswell. As for nag 3, when it happens it happens.

They are a good box , but when nag3 gets to your area they will be off probably for good just as in Ireland and now Leeds.

Leeds area has been affected by the nagra 3. If you are within Leeds, don't waste your money buying any cable- related box by now.

will the ex7000 still get fta after the n3 switch because tbh im watching a v+ box just now and have to say the pictures guff even with hdmi. IF the fta will still come thru after the switch on the ex7000 i'll still be happy as the upscaled picture and recording facilities will still make it worth while IMO. + ive looped my old digi vox into the bedroom thru rf cable to get my monies worth!!
