Lost all services Esast London

since yesterday morning still i am not getting any channels except a BBC one.

when i check the status page from v..in they dont indiacte any problem to East london area. can somebody confirm whether they receive any cable TV service in East London (E15***)

i got a dream box 500c. i did rescan more than 5 times. it find the transponder and also it find the channels. except bbc one, all the channels are not visible.

i last change key related files more than 6 months ago...


please help
