Waiting 4 code update and faulty remotes

I've got a Arnet Kryptview box, whenever I switch it on the message waiting 4 code update appears, also scrambled or no video message appears, how do I rectify this? Regarding the remotes, are there any known issues with them? I'm about buying the second one

you proably need to flash the box with new software look in the downloads section.

my eurovox sometimes sticks on wait code updating i just turn it off at the wall and turn it back on and its sorted.

just for input I wouldnt by a another one of them when you can get a new eurovox pvr 500 for around a ?100 im well impressed with mine great epg and easy recording.

Are there any known issues about Arnet kryptview remotes 'cos I'm on the third one.
