startrack help

hi I have a startrack 400hd box given to me, I pluged it in my vm line and getting free channel, I need to put nline in the box to activate, gone in to menu but cant seem to find where to add the line, I also have kv a750 which is ok to put line in but I had to flash the box. would this box needs doing same, thanks all the help appreciated.
