Cant enter codes!!

Hi, have a ddigibox software v2.2, but cant seem to get to the screen where i enter codes, i go to Menu> System settings > System info > ok but nothing, i want to try and enter the codes manually coz tried scanning several times but channels ar still scrambled , am in birmingham, anyone else with this problem?

no keyroll,as long as you have latest firmware, factory reset and rescan.
