Yep the vermin have struck. Everyone who got their new cards in Leeds, Harrogate and York recently will have lost all their channels.

Hope the coders can work their magic soon

Well that was rather sudden! What was it about 2 weeks from start to finish ? Out of the blue springs to mind, I'm not sure if this is Nagra3 but all the channels including the free to air channels had gone, now surely should still receive them regardless ?

Not bothered though, getting SkyHD next week! I'll have some Champion's League, World Cup and nature documentaries in HD thank you very much!

I bet VM lose more money than they gain from this venture though, because loads of people will be switching to Sky as we did for the HD.

search for maintenance being carried out on there web site, i know last week they had a massive fire down south and caused mayhem all over the place.

also have you recently been issued a new viewing card , if not then they are not switching you over just yet.
defo gone in leeds and surrounding area's as of 12pm today not a fault as other channels are there, as in just fta all other channels say scrammbled

quick point if frequency of channels change there will be a scrambled message,if you factory reset and autoscanned your provider,i dont think every channel would suddenly change over to n3.
as said before check status of provider for breakdowns first and scan with any splitters removed.

Well I got my sky hd installed yesterday whilst offer of ?30.00 install and ?50.00 ms vouchers on, still got my trusty max v but sold my 2 month old ex7000hd last week. Good whilst it lasted. I paid vermin ?40.00 for broadband and phone package, costing me ?55.00 for sky with 25 hd channels in my package instead of 7 with vermin Can live with that .Pic and sound quality much better, good value I think and vermin have lost another customer. Get ITV HD as well instructions on you tube how to do it.

Never say never,,, it has been around now for 2 years or so and is still very secure.

No sign of if being cracked as yet. But there are other options such as CCcam.

Doesn't make sense. I just phoned up a lad who used to lodge with me when he was at uni and lives in Harrogate. He has an old SV1 . I did not ask him straight out but he did not mention anything to me. He always used to ask me about reflashing, codes ect.........

Damn that sucks, At least here in Ireland they only knocked of the premiums(Movies, Sports, Speciality) all the standard channels are still N2/N3.
