green screen in the North west of UK

mmmmmmmmmmm, I woke up this morning to a complete green screen, tried the scarts, switched on and off. Nothing!
To make matters worse I can't even get into the settings via the remote as this bloody screen wont move, my next option is to try a reflash, unless anyone knows what else it could be??

Well thanks for ALL the excellent advice, yet again, I did, however, answer myself and reflashed the box and whooop whoop! it was all back on.
