Channels freezing!

Hi, my Zgemma running cable keeps freezing on channels every 10 seconds! I haven't turned the box on in 4 weeks but have reset the router and box and still no fix! Anybody have any ideas?

is it freezing on fta channels like bbc1 or itv1 ?

Do the channels eventually come back on again if you leave it?

Non-FTA channels need to communicate over a network connection every 10 seconds or so. If it doesn't receive the data quick enough the picture will freeze.

We can't discuss this in too much detail, but you might need to try "someone" different.
