So what is everybody going to do with there useless boxes once Nagra 3 is nationwide

these boxes will have no uses once nagra3 hits as if there is ever a fix the non linux boxes will not have the power to run thr fixed s/w. Only fta use...

if the linux box's can cope with nagra 3 then so can the non linux ones.

card swap doesnt meant that the card will talk any faster to the original stb, so where the bottle neck?

my dbox2 is going in a cupoard with my,jarrold analogue,starview3 and 6 satellite receivers!!,fingers crossed for a fix

Similar happened in Spain where Coship boxes were sold by a company called Telemicro who were closed down by the government. Virtually everyone on the Blanca had one they gave all the Sky channels +all uk terrestrial channels for 20e a month with the box costing around 200e, they go now on auction sites for around 5e as souvenirs

well most of you are going to get a lot longer than you think, and for those who have been unlucky (leeds) I wouldnt offload so quickly yet, you may regret it when cs addons are released down the line.
