download a bit software called dreamup and connect a rs232 (null modem) cable to your box and run the software from a pc and click upload its that simple.

I have downloaded the dreamup and I have viewed that it is possible also to load the code via IP.

I have had my blackbox for around a month now and is still working great. They use a phillips tuner and are a total clone of the dreambox 500 c using high quality parts.

I use the DK 1.1 image,
